I run a boxing-led fitness studio focused on helping everyday people get fit, build confidence, and learn real boxing skills — even if they’ve never boxed before.
Most of the people I coach don’t come from a boxing background. They’re adults who want a fun, effective way to get fitter, and parents who want their children involved in a sport that teaches discipline, confidence, and respect. My role is to make boxing accessible, safe, and enjoyable while delivering real structure and progression.
Boxing for fitness sits at the heart of what I do. Sessions are built around proper technique, movement, and conditioning — not just hitting pads for the sake of it. You’ll learn how to box correctly while improving fitness, coordination, and self-belief.
For younger clients, the focus is on fundamentals, confidence, and positive habits. Training is age-appropriate, structured, and designed to help kids develop physically and mentally in a supportive environment.

I’ve been in boxing for 9 years and I’m an active elite amateur boxer with over 40 competitive bouts. Throughout my career, I’ve won multiple titles, including 4 national titles and represented England, giving me first-hand experience of what correct boxing training looks like at the highest level.
Alongside my competitive background, I’m fully qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, Level 3 Personal Training, and Level 3 Exercise Referral. This means every session is built with safety, structure, and progression in mind — whether you’re brand new to boxing, training for fitness, or enrolling your child into their first sport.
What sets me apart is my ability to translate elite-level boxing into clear, supportive coaching that anyone can understand. You don’t need experience, fitness, or confidence to start — that’s what the coaching is for.
You’re not just getting a workout — you’re being coached by someone who lives the sport, understands the science behind training, and knows how to bring out the best in beginners.

Let me start by saying I was very nervous at first entering a completely new ( boxing and fitness ) environment.
However that apprehension soon went due to Joe and his “ patience “ in explaining techniques and keeping it simple.
He has taken time to get the basics right first and then built on that week on week.
In turn my confidence has grown and self doubts gone.
